I am a well trained, knowledgeable, organized, and multi-faceted professional with over 13
years of experience helping and supporting people through tough and rough times.  
Within this experience I have created a long history of working and collaborating with
diverse entities, with the latest being the Entertainment and Music Industry.  

I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and age groups, but a specific interest has
been placed on those of the Hip-Hop Culture and Music genre.  My love for Hip-Hop,
coupled with my own personal and professional experiences, has afforded me a greater
edge in being able to connect and adapt to the aforementioned population.  

An essential component to my work has been to establish a rapport by meeting people
where they're at cognitively, culturally, environmentally, and socially.  This approach to
my practice has been useful in helping one to see and reach their full potential, to utilize
all of the resources that are available to them, and to get over hurdles in their life.
