Established in 2007, REALTalk Enterprises (RTE) is a specialized Social Wellness Coaching,
Training, and Consulting firm that facilitates REAL interventions designed to produce satisfying
career and life adjustments for youth, young adults, families, and the helping professionals that
provide services to them. RTE developed out of response to the lack of REAL dialogue around
the REAL socioeconomic, legal, cultural, educational, emotional, behavioral, and mental health
issues that continuously impact youth, young adults, and people of color populations in
disenfranchised communities throughout the United States and abroad. The key to our success
is our multi step PROCESS to PROGRESS system that fosters a REAL connection with all
participants and encourages them to receive and retain the REAL information that is being
offered. Additionally, RTE contends that our approach to practice allows for the freedom of
creative expression that engages participants in a way that one might not see during a traditional
intervention. RTE’s partners and subsidiaries are “The Hip-Hop Therapist™, The REALTalk
Coach, REALTalk Sessions, and The Hip-Hop Therapy Foundation”.
